Messages with a single viewing · Aesthetic Times

Here is how to receive and read a message that can be viewed once. This option is for sensitive information that should not remain available in your inbox. Open the message only when you have time and a private moment to read it. Open your inbox link, or the link on your saved wallet card.

Unlock the inbox using your identifier and your access code. Select the closed envelope and open the incognito message. Check its expiry information. Its contents are released for this single reading only. Read the full message in this view. Keep the page in the foreground while you read.

You will not be able to open the message again later. Closing the message, leaving the view or moving the page into the background ends this reading. You cannot open this message again afterwards. Only this message becomes unavailable. Your inbox, your access and any saved wallet card remain in place.

You can continue the conversation with a new message. The wallet card does not replace signing in. Notifications depend on the provider and your device settings, so check the inbox yourself as well. Screenshots cannot be reliably prevented by technology. Protect your access details and use a trusted device.

This helps you handle your personal correspondence with care.

Your message is encrypted on your device before it is sent.

Technical connection data may be processed. One-time viewing does not prevent screenshots or external recordings.

Protected contact

Ask personally. Share fewer personal details.

You can make an initial confidential enquiry without providing your name, personal email address or telephone number.

Keep your personal identifier and secret access codes safe. Your question and our reply stay in the protected inbox. Return to it yourself to check for replies.

The message text is encrypted on your device before it is sent. The designated recipient decrypts it after unlocking their access. Technical connection data and details such as timestamps and participating inboxes may still be processed.

You decide which personal details to share in the conversation. If a later step requires further information, we will discuss this with you.

Later services or contracts may require additional information. An enquiry does not automatically grant admission or acceptance.

Good to know

Privacy starts with thoughtful access.

Protected access reduces the personal details required for the conversation. Take care with your correspondence on your own device as well.

Keep codes private

Do not share your access code or recovery code by email, or store them in your wallet card.

Pseudonymous does not mean invisible

Services process technical connection information. A wallet card can reveal an association with the brand and its technical connection.

One viewing is not a recording lock

The message cannot be reopened after viewing ends. Screenshots or external recordings cannot be reliably prevented by technology.
