Your protected inbox · Aesthetic Times

Here is how to use your protected inbox for personal matters. You do not need a private email address, a phone number or your real name. Message text is encrypted in your browser. Set up your inbox. Save your identifier, access code and recovery code in your private password manager.

Only then confirm that you want to finish setting up the inbox. Write your confidential question and send it inside the protected inbox. Sensitive information belongs here, rather than in the ordinary introductory email. Open your inbox link again later. Enter your identifier and your secret access code.

The identifier alone is not enough to unlock the inbox. This is where you read the response and continue the conversation. Check your inbox regularly yourself, because an external notification may not be available. If the feature is available, choose Apple Wallet or Google Wallet inside your inbox.

Prepare the card, then confirm that you want to add it with your wallet provider. Your saved card links to the inbox. You still need to unlock your access before reading. The card contains no messages or access keys. You can also use your inbox in a browser without a wallet.

Keep your codes private. Use a trusted device and check the sender before opening an access link.

Your message is encrypted on your device before it is sent.

Technical connection data may be processed. One-time viewing does not prevent screenshots or external recordings.

Protected contact

Ask personally. Share fewer personal details.

You can make an initial confidential enquiry without providing your name, personal email address or telephone number.

Keep your personal identifier and secret access codes safe. Your question and our reply stay in the protected inbox. Return to it yourself to check for replies.

The message text is encrypted on your device before it is sent. The designated recipient decrypts it after unlocking their access. Technical connection data and details such as timestamps and participating inboxes may still be processed.

You decide which personal details to share in the conversation. If a later step requires further information, we will discuss this with you.

Later services or contracts may require additional information. An enquiry does not automatically grant admission or acceptance.

Good to know

Privacy starts with thoughtful access.

Protected access reduces the personal details required for the conversation. Take care with your correspondence on your own device as well.

Keep codes private

Do not share your access code or recovery code by email, or store them in your wallet card.

Pseudonymous does not mean invisible

Services process technical connection information. A wallet card can reveal an association with the brand and its technical connection.

One viewing is not a recording lock

The message cannot be reopened after viewing ends. Screenshots or external recordings cannot be reliably prevented by technology.
